Ski School Classes
Our group class for
children is all about having fun while they play on their skis,
they will "learn by doing".
In our adult groups we will use more words and think about technical terms and techniques but we still have fun and enjoy the social aspects of skiing.

We divide the groups by age
and skills so you can learn something new and exciting. With the
safety in having an instructor you will find it easier to develop
and feel safe doing something you thought was beyond your
limits.
Ski classes are held Monday
to Thursday.
NOK 895,- per person
Starting 09:45am- 80 min classes
In some weeks we also start ski classes later in the day.
Snowboard classes for beginners. Monday to Thursday Starting at
11:20am.
We recommend
you to book in advance. That way we can guarantee you a place in
ski school.

Group class
levels
White / Beginner " Want to learn skiing?"
Never had skis on your feet before? Then level "white" is right for you. Learn the basic position on skis, how to stop with the plow and how to get around with your skis on.
Children aged 3-4 years. Not all children have developed their motor skills enough or for that matter enough strength to learn to plow and turn. We focus on getting a positive experience on snow so that the children want to ski for many years to come.
Green / Basic "Learning skiing"
Have you tried skiing before and know how to stop on a green slope, then the Green level suits you. Here we focus on learning more techniques in how to turn easily and feel safe skiing down an easy slope.
Blue / Improver Basic "Improve your skiing level"
You have been skiing a bit, learned how to stop and make turns with the plow on a blue/ red slope. We start to practice and utilise parallel skiing.
Red / "Intermediate"
If you already feel like a good skier but you don't quite feel that secure when the slopes are getting steeper then you should join the Red level.
You already know how to ski parallel and we will focus on how to ski in the right position for a better interaction with the skis and the snow. Get a smoother and more comfortable skiing experience. We also try out carved turns.
Black / Advanced coaching "You can always improve"
You can always get better. The instructor will help you to preform at your best. We work on the small details and if preferred we can use video analysis for visual feedback and excellent results.
